For Tirth Nitin Patel, Aavkar has never simply been a family business — it has always been a part of his life. His journey began at the age of 12 when he accompanied his father to the office, carried his briefcase, observed client meetings, and learned the fundamentals of the business by confidently giving venue tours and presentations to prospective clients. Long before formally joining the company, he was learning the values that built it: humility, responsibility, attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and the importance of earning people's trust.
After completing his higher secondary education, Tirth moved to the United States, where he spent the next eight years pursuing his education and broadening his perspective. Living abroad exposed him to international standards of hospitality, customer experience, business strategy, and operational excellence. Those years strengthened not only his academic foundation but also his understanding of how world-class brands create meaningful customer experiences. Even while overseas, he remained deeply connected to Aavkar, closely following its journey and envisioning the possibilities that lay ahead.
In September 2025, Tirth returned to India permanently with a clear purpose — to work alongside his father, preserve the remarkable legacy that had been built over 25 years, and help shape the future of Aavkar. Rather than changing what made the company successful, his vision is to build upon it by introducing innovation, modern systems, elevated client experiences, and fresh creative thinking while remaining rooted in the timeless values that have always defined the brand.
